rural state hospital with severe abdominal pain rebound tenderness and musculer defence. She was in shock on admission to our emergency deparment. Pelvic ultrasound imaging revealed ekstrauterin live fetus. Immediate laparatomy was carried out. At laparatomy left sided ruptured rudimentary horn was seen. Alive fetus was lying out of the horn. Plasenta was completely developed inside of the horn. Rudimentary horn and ipsilateral tube were excised. Rudimentary horn pregnancy is still confusing condition in differential diagnosis of pregnancy with acute abdominal pain for gynecologist. When it is diagnosed, rudimentary horn and ipsilateral tube should be removed.
