Cysts are the most common ovarian tumors of female fetuses. Recently the frequency of diagnosis of ovarian cysts in the perinatal period have increased because of widely use of ultrasonography. We present an ovarian cyst case which was prenatally diagnosed at 30 weeks of gestation. The diameter of the cyst was 63x58 mm and the sonographic appearance was echogenic. The fetus was followed up monthly until birth. At term a healthy newborn was delivered by cesarean section. Spontaneous complete involution of the ovarian cyst was recorded 3 months postnatally.
