In this article, we describe a case of persistent hyperinsulinemic hypoglycemia (PHH) with macrosomia, seizures and recurrent hypoglycemia in neonatal period. We have established the diagnosis by demonstrating high plasma insulin and C-peptid levels during an episode of hypoglycemia and started ocreotide therapy.
