Recently, endometrium cancer is the most common gynecologic malignancy in women. On the other hand, mucinous cystadenoma of the appendix is a rare condition. It has been found 0.2% to 0.3%of all appendectomies. The relation of mucinous cystadenoma of the appendix with other tumors is important. Previous reports suggested powerful relations between mucinous cystadenoma of the appendix and ovarian, colonic tumors. We couldn't find any reference about synchronous adenocarcinoma of the endometrium and mucinous cystadenoma in the same patient. We thought that this situation was interesting and rare. Therefore, we decided to report this association of two different tumors as adenocarcinoma of the endometrium and mucinous cystadenoma of the appendix.
