Skin tags of vulva are rarely seen. They usually cause cosmetic problem but also come attention due to suspicion of tumoral growth. Our patient presented with a skin a mass in the vulvar region. She is admitted to hospital and vulvar mass is excised under local anesthesia. Pathology result reported as fibroepithelial polyp (acrochordon).
