Isolated involvement of central nervous tissue in choriocarcinoma cases is an extremely rare event. We present here a case of a 23 year old woman who was operated for a cranial mass by the neurosurgery department of our hospital. Histological examination of the lesion showed a choriocarcinoma metastasis. Since it has a poor prognosis the condition requires an agressive management. After the surgery the patient was given radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Although it is a neglected situation, our case implies the importance of patient education and follow up procedures of trophoblastic diseases.
