The increasing use of artificial intelligence-based large language models (LLMs) in medicine, particularly in medical imaging, has gained significant attention in recent years. In this study, we conducted a comparative evaluation of three large language models, ChatGPT-4o, Claude 4 Sonnet, and Gemini 2.5 Pro, regarding their ability to identify major vascular structures on abdominal DSA images.
