This research aimed to examine nursing students' perceptions regarding the incorporation of artificial intelligence technologies into nursing practice. A descriptive cross-sectional design was employed, and the sample consisted of 311 volunteer nursing students during the 2024-2025 spring semester at the Bursa Uludağ University's in Türkiye. Data was gathered using a socio-demographic questionnaire along with the Attitude Scale for the Use of Artificial Intelligence Technologies in Nursing. The participants had a mean age of 21.01+/-3.04 years. The majority were female (79.1%), first-year students (34.4%), and graduates of Anatolian high schools (77.2%). More than half of the students (69.5%) reported using artificial intelligence applications in their daily lives, while 75.2% indicated a need for further education in this area. The average total score obtained from the attitude scale was 49.78+/-5.15, indicating a moderate level of attitude toward the use of artificial intelligence in nursing practice. Additionally, the academic year was found to be a significant factor influencing these attitudes. Positive attitudes toward artificial intelligence may contribute to students' willingness to incorporate such technologies into their future professional practice. Further studies of larger sample sizes and additional independent variables are recommended.
