Early menopause, defined as the cessation of ovarian function before the age of 45, is a condition that negatively affects women's physical health, fertility, and psychosocial well-being. Due to its association with premature loss of fertility, it is also a source of concern for many women. This study aimed to evaluate the awareness and knowledge level regarding early menopause among the employees of a university hospital in Türkiye.
