Material and Methods: Data were obtained from the Web of Science database using the keyword "rebozo". In this bibliographic review, 11 studies published in English between 2000 and 2025 were analyzed. Data visualization and bibliometric analyses were performed using VOSviewer 1.6.20. Results: Authors with the highest number of publications and citations related to the use of the rebozo technique in labor were S.R. Cohen and C.R. Thomas. The most cited study was "Rebozo Technique for Fetal Malposition in Labor". The institution with the highest number of publications was the University of Utah (n = 23), and the country with the highest number of citations (n = 24) was the United States of America. In terms of citation impact, the most influential author was Y.W. Cheng. The journal with the strongest and highest number of citations (n = 19) concerning the rebozo technique was the Journal of Midwifery & Women's Health. The most frequently repeated keywords in the publications were "rebozo", "occiput posterior", "intrapartum care" and "midwifery." Conclusion: The findings obtained from this research are expected to guide future studies about the use of the rebozo technique during pregnancy and childbirth.
