We report two cases of dichorionic twin pregnancies at 14 and 11 weeks, complete hydatidiform mole in the one sac and coexisting live fetus in the other sac. The b-hCG levels of the case 1 and the case 2 was 1.100.000 mIU/ml and 1.200.000 mIU/ml, respectively. After the two patients opted pregnancy termination, suction curettage was performed and b-hCG levels returned to normal level.
