Tacrolimus extended-release pharmacokinetics and its once-daily formulation provide beneficial properties, and its use has been evaluated in the adult kidney transplant population. Here, we report a case of successful conversion from tacrolimus immediate-release capsules to tacrolimus extendedrelease tablets in a pediatric kidney transplant recipient.
