In this paper we presented a pregnant woman with eosinophilic granuloma. Eosinophilic granuloma of the lung is a rare granulomatous disease. Pregnancy and eosinophilic granuloma infrequently occur simultaneously. The most frequent problem during pregnancy is the exacerbation of respiratory symptoms in these cases. Two cases previously reported along with one new case of eosinophilic granuloma and pregnancy are reviewed in this report. In our case, supportive treatment was preferred for the respiratory symptoms.
