Aim: This study aimed to evaluate patient satisfaction, treatment preference and side effect profile in patients receiving major ozone therapy. Material and Methods: Demographic data of participants who underwent major ozone application were recorded. Patients' treatment preference was assessed with a 7-question questionnaire. It was recorded whether there were any side effects after the application, if so, what these side effects were and how much they affected the patient's general health level. Part icipants' satisfaction level with ozone therapy and its effect on quality of life were questioned using a 5-point Likert scale. Results: A total of 81 patients were included in the study of whom 63 of the participants were female (77.7%). The mean age of the participants was 53.86+/-13.4. The average number of ozone sessions was 3.57+/-3.1. 90.1% of participants reported that they wanted to con tinue ozone therapy. Regarding the ease of application, 85.1% of participants rated the major ozone procedure as "very easy" or "extremely easy." In response to the question of whether the procedure was compatible with their lifestyle, 95% of participants reported it as very or extremely compatible. Additionally 96.3% of the participants stated that they did not feel any discomfort during major ozone application. While 11.1% reported experiencing side effects after application. Conclusion: Based on the data from our study, we can say that ozone therapy is a safe, well-tolerated treatment with high patient satisfaction and a positive effect on quality of life.
