Objective: The purpose of this study is examining the relationship between exercise addiction and sportive life satisfaction among students of the Faculty of Sports Sciences. Methods: The study included N=401 students, comprising 213 female and 188 male students enrolled at the Faculty of Sports Sciences, Kocaeli University, during the 2023-2024 academic year. The following data collection tools were used: 'Demographic Information Form' , 'Exercise Addiction Scale' and 'Sportive Life Satisfaction Scale'. Results: Considering the participants' exercise addiction, it was determined that the average score was 47.22 points, which is in the risk group level. A positive correlation was found between the total exercise addiction score and its sub -dimensions and the level of sportive life satisfaction. While exercise addiction and sportive life satisfaction levels did not show significant differences according to gender, statistically significant differences were found according to age, department, class level, and number of days of training. Conclusion: Statistically significant differences and positive correlations were found among participants' exercise addiction and sportive life satisfaction, excessive focus and emotional change, postponement of individual social needs and conflict, tolerance development, and passion levels.
