Factor V deficiency is an autosomal recessively transmitted disease and it is usually symptomatic only in the homozygos state. Mucocutaneous bleeding and hematomas are the most common symptoms. In this article, a eight-month-old boy with factor V deficiency who developed bleeding and hematomas is presented because of the rarity of this case.
