A 35 year old woman with renal transplant successfully completed a 37 week pregnancy whilst taking cyclosporine A and prednisolone. Her renal function remained stable despite possibly steroid induced gestational diabetes. The infant, delivered electively at 37 weeks, was 3800 gram.
