Lichen sclerosus (LS) is a chronic inflammatory dermatosis characterized by porcelain-white, shiny, atrophic, and sclerotic plaques that typically involve the anogenital region. The coexistence of vitiligo and LS has been reported previously; however, the association between generalized vitiligo and isolated extragenital LS remains exceedingly rare. Herein, we report a case of a male patient with generalized vitiligo and isolated extragenital LS, emphasizing the characteristic ultraviolet-induced fluorescence (UVF) dermoscopic findings observed in LS lesions.
