Urinary incontinence refers to the involuntary leakage of urine in individuals of any age but is more common in women. Identifying urinary incontinence in premenopausal women and developing effective prevention and management strategies are crucial to improve quality of life and sleep by reducing patients' physical complaints. This study aimed to determine the quality of life and sleep of patients with and without urinary incontinence in a premenopausal, nonobese population.
