Intravenous leiomyomatosis is a rare benign neoplasm which has malignant potential. In our study, 2 cases, 39 and 41 years of age, which were diagnosed postoperatively by the histopathological evaluation of the specimen were presented and the findings were analyzed in the light of current literature. Two and three years follow up of the cases revealed no recurrence.
