Our objective was to determine the clinical significance of isolated polydactyly identified on prenatal sonogram and to stress the importance of isolated fetal postaxial polydactyly associated with a favorable outcome. We report a case of isolated poldactyly detected at routine prenatal sonography in each of the four extremities. No genetic anomaly was identified and the perinatal outcome was satisfying.
