A 42-year-old man with a biopsy-proven neuroendocrine tumor (NET) presented with progressive dyspnea. Fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) positron emission tomography (PET) demonstrated widespread metastatic disease with multifocal myocardial uptake, predominantly involving the left ventricle.
