Obturator nerve schwannoma is a rare condition. Preoperative imaging modalities may not able to provide an accurate diagnosis in these masses. Here, we report laparoscopic management of an obturator nerve schwannoma in a 47-year-old man, which was initially considered lymph node metastasis of renal cell carcinoma. The patient had no complication and neurological deficit. He was recurrence free at one-year follow up.
