Objectives: The application of kinetic oscillation stimulation in patients with non-allergic rhinitis may represent a new therapeutic frontier. We evaluated outcomes three years after treatment. We also sought to identify the patient type with the greatest potential for success. Methods: We conducted a retrospective, observational, and descriptive study of 38 patients with non-allergic rhinitis who had experienced the condition for at least a year and reported that their prior pharmacological treatments were unsatisfactory. All patients in the study received kinetic oscillating stimulation. Patients completed a survey before treatment regarding their nasal conditions and a second survey with similar questions 3 years later. Results: Statistical analysis of the collected data indicates that treatment with kinetic oscillating stimulation in non-allergic rhinitis yields good, stable outcomes over time, particularly in subjects with an eosinophilic endotype. We also observed a better response in subjects living in the countryside, non-smokers, and those with a history of stress factors. Conclusions: Kinetic oscillating stimulation appears to be a promising tool for treating non-allergic rhinitis.
