A 28 year old girl came with painless mass in left breast. She had a palpable mass in physical examination. Altough the mamography and US results are related with fibre-cystic disease, we made thin needle aspiration biopsy and observed invasive ductal carcinoma. When left mastectomy and left axillary dissection was made and she was found in level I TIN 1 M0.
