Neuronal Ceroid Lipofucinosis is the most common neurodegenerative disease of childhood. The most common findings are neurological developmental disorders and cardiac conduction anomalies. Anesthesia management is specific in terms of hypothermia and bradycardia that may develop during surgery. The presence of muscle involvement in severe cases also requires caution in drug selection. In this case, anesthesia management in a late-infant type NCL patient who underwent phimosis operation is presented.
