Pancreatic cancer with gastric metastasis is a rare case and we will present this case. We will present the imaging and pathology findings of a 71-year-old male patient who was followed in the geriatric clinic to investigate the primary malignancy and was diagnosed with pancreatic acinar cell carcinoma with gastric metastasis. Since gastric metastases are rare and endoscopic diagnosis is difficult, it is very valuable for the lesion biopsy to be evaluated by an experienced pathologist for the correct diagnosis.
