Objective: This study investigates patient satisfaction following piezoelectric-assisted rhinoplasty longitudinally. Methods: 65 female patients between age of 18 and 45 with a mean value of 32,4 (SD 2,59) underwent primary open approach piezo-electric rhinoplasty. The Rhinoplasty Outcome Evaluation and Body Appreciation Scale were administered preoperatively, at 1 month, and at 3 months post-surgery. Results were compared at the end of the 3rd month. Results: Significant improvement was observed between preoperative and 1-month postoperative scores. However, no statistically significant difference was found between 1-month and 3-month postoperative results. Conclusion: Our results suggest that patients undergoing piezoelectric-assisted rhinoplasty may achieve the desired level of satisfaction more quickly.
