Pemphigus foliaceus is an autoimmune disease characterized by the disruption of keratinocyte adhesion due to the formation of autoantibodies against desmoglein-1 glycoproteins. In this study, a case report is presented of a patient diagnosed with pemphigus foliaceus confirmed by biopsy. A 59-year-old female patient was admitted to the hospital with complaints of fluid-filled blisters and skin lesions. She was hospitalized, and a biopsy was taken, which confirmed the diagnosis of pemphigus foliaceus. Treatment with a prednisolone-based medication was initiated, and the process was managed with immunosuppressive drugs. Pseudomonas growth was observed during the course of treatment. After a 4-month hospitalization period, the patient was discharged. A multidisciplinary approach ensured accurate and effective treatment.
