Persistent urinary ascites resulting from bladder dome perforation in a premature neonate. The case demonstrates how urinary leakage may mimic gastrointestinal or septic conditions in critically ill newborns and emphasizes the importance of biochemical ascitic fluid analysis for diagnosis.
