Prolapse of the fallopian tube (PFT) is an infrequently encountered clinical condition. Since it is likely to go unnoticed or be misdiagnosed, diagnosis requires suspicion and a cautious examination of the vaginal vault. The mean interval between hysterectomy and diagnosis varies considerably, which ranges between 2 weeks and 28 years. Here we report a woman with PFT that was characterized by watery vaginal discharge in the very early postoperative period.
