Health information systems stand out as a critical tool that elevates modern healthcare services, increases patient coverage, and supports efficiency. Technologies such as electronic health records (EHRs), clinical decision support systems, and telemedicine enable the secure and systematic management of patient information, reduce clinical errors, and accelerate service delivery processes. These systems also increase patient efficiency and, through digitalization, provide ease of access and continuity, contributing significantly to patient satisfaction. In addition to these fundamental digital infrastructures and clinical information systems, the introduction of more advanced technologies in recent years has expanded the scope of transformation in healthcare.
