This study aimed to evaluate the quality, reliability, and content of YouTube videos related to childhood vaccines. A total of 96 YouTube videos were selected, reviewed, and evaluated. The quality and reliability of the videos were assessed using the DISCERN (2.99 +/- 1.365) and GQS (3.70 +/- 1.315) scores. The results showed that 40.6% of the videos were of excellent quality and flow, while 17.7% were of good quality and flow. A positive and significant correlation was found between video duration and GQS scores and DISCERN reliability scores. Longer videos tended to have higher quality and reliability scores. The study contributes to the evaluation of the quality and reliability of YouTube videos on childhood vaccines.
