Physical activity is essential for the healthy growth and development of children. However, modern lifestyle changes, including increased screen exposure and sedentary behaviors, have contributed to a global decline in physical activity among children and adolescents. The World Health Organization recommends that children aged 5-17 years engage in at least 60 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity daily. Despite this recommendation, a large proportion of children worldwide do not meet these guidelines.
