Traumatic scalp injuries commonly result from traffic accidents. It is often associated with multiple trauma. Injuries may vary from simple abrasions to large skin defects. Associated intracranial injuries or contamination from the environment may make the healing period longer and more difficult. In this report, management of traumatic scalp chemical burns is described.
