An 83-year-old female patient was admitted to the hospital with abdominal pain, occasional nausea and vomiting, and icterus for about two months. As a result of the examination of the patient, the patient was diagnosed with choledochal stone 16x13 mm in size and was hospitalized. During the follow-up, the patient’s cholangitis attack became serious. Surgery was planned. On exploration, the gall bladder was hydropic, and there was a rectangular-shaped stone inside the enlarged choledochus. Cholecystectomy with T-tube drainage was performed. The patient was discharged without complication on postoperative day 10. Two weeks after discharge, Ttube was removed with cholangiography.
