Infl ammat ory indic es, including NLR, PLR, ELR, and SII, a s well a s eosinophil c ounts and t ot a l serum IgE l e v els, wer e ana l y sed. R esults: C omp ar ed with c ontr ols, CR SwNP p atients demonstr at ed signific ant l y higher eosinophil c ounts and ELR v a lues (p<0. 00 1). No signific ant diff er enc es wer e observ ed f or IgE, NLR, PLR, or SII l e v els between the gr oups (p=0.2 48). Olf act ory sc or es showed a signific ant neg ativ e c orr el ation with both r adiol ogic a l and endosc opic st a ging. Import ant l y , s y st emic infl ammat ory indic es such a s SII and NLR wer e not a s sociat ed with olf act ory dy sfunction, sugg esting their limit ed dia gnostic utilit y in CR S. C onclusion: Whil e most s y st emic infl ammat ory indic es did not c orr el at e with olf act ory perf ormanc e or dise a se se v erit y , ELR and eosinophil c ounts wer e mark edl y el e v at ed in p atients with CR SwNP , highlighting the pot entia l dise a se0specific r el e v anc e of ELR in CR S0r el at ed olf act ory dy sfunction.
