Obstructed hemivagina with ipsilateral renal anomaly (OHVIRA) syndrome is a rare congenital malformation of the Müllerian duct, commonly associated with renal agenesis on the same side as obstructed hemivagina. This study presents 2 cases diagnosed with OHVIRA syndrome during their follow-up for renal agenesis.
