Occult breast cancer (OBC) and rectum cancer in the same patient is a rare event. Multiple primary tumors are being frequently reported in recent years owing to better screening programs, diagnostic procedures, and prolonged life span. In the case of a new cancer diagnosis, staging examinations are performed to evaluate the extent of disease, and sometimes a primary tumor is localized in cases where the metastatic area is a sign of malignancy. Adequate investigations, such as immunohistochemistry, must be performed in order to rule out metastasis of each other. We report the case of one patient diagnosed with OBC and rectum cancer synchronously in this case report.
