Abstract In recent years, the rise in arterial endovascular procedures has led to an increase in associated complications. In this case, the example that we present here demonstrates how an endovascular intervention can be traumatic and complication-prone for total occluded superficial femoral artery, which is their application for long segment total occlusions increase day by day.
