Transverse myelitis (TM) is an uncommon inflammatory condition affecting the spinal cord, causing noncompressive myelopathy. Here, we describe an atypical case of TM arising from the coexistence of SLE and SS suggestive of an overlap syndrome (OS), that, to our knowledge, has not been documented before.
