Trisomy 13 syndrome, known as multiple malformation syndrome, is highly lethal. So its prenatal diagnosis is fairly important. Most of prenatally reported cardiac anomalies with trisomy 13 are ventricular septal defect, dextraposition of the heart, abnormal pulmonary venous return, bicuspid valve of aorta, pulmonary stenosis, and atresia of mitral valve. To the best our knowledge, we could not find full component of teralogy of Fallot as a cardiac anomaly in association with trisomy 13 in English medical literature. So here we report and review the prenatal diagnosis of trisomy 13 syndrome associated with tetrlogy of Fallot.
