Factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, and item-total score analysis were used in the data analysis. Results: The scale had 12 items and two sub-dimensions. It was found that the two sub-dimensions explained 44.58% of the scale variance. The total factor loading was >0.30 in the exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses. In the confirmatory factor analysis, all the goodness of fit indices were >0.91. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the overall scale is 0.81. Conclusions: The Perceived Healthy Lifestyle Difficulty Scale for adolescents was found to be a valid and reliable scale for the Turkish sample.
