Tuberculous tenosynovitis is a rare but important form of musculoskeletal tuberculosis. Due to its nonspecific clinical findings and insidious course, it can often be overlooked and confused with other diseases such as inflammatory arthritis. In these case reports, two patients (a 62-year-old woman and a 50-year-old man) with complaints of pain and swelling in the wrist flexor tendons were diagnosed with tuberculous tenosynovitis as a result of the microbiological and histopathological evaluation, and significant improvement was observed with antituberculosis treatment. Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment are of great importance in preventing serious complications such as permanent loss of function. These presentations are aimed to draw attention to musculoskeletal tuberculosis and increase awareness.
