The current study aims to adapt the Climate, Health and Nursing Tool (CHANT) into Turkish. Language and content validity assessments, along with Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), were used to evaluate the scale's validity and reliability. In addition, reliability and item analyses were conducted using test-retest methods. Participants were nursing students who had previous clinical experience. A total of 146 participants were included in the study. A Participant Information Form and the CHANT-TR, with five subscales, were used in the study. It was agreed that the Cronbach's alpha of the sub-scales varied between 0.76 and 0.82. This five-factor model exhibited good to excellent fit with statistically significant item-factor loadings, and the following fit indices: CMIN/DF = 1.433, CFI = 0.931, RMSEA = 0.055, GFI = 0.852, AGFI = 0.809, and RMR = 0.057. Based on the analyses, the Turkish version of the tool was found to be a valid and reliable instrument for nurses and nursing students.
