Aim: Very early-onset schizophrenia is a rarely seen chronic mental disorder that emerges with a variety of clinical symptoms and affects functionality negatively in a distinct way. It is necessary to start treatment immediately, to start medication based on the variety of clinical symptoms and certainly add psychosocial treatments. Method: Our paper gives detailed information about the treatment management of two male patients who were diagnosed as having very-early-onset schizophrenia. Results: Clinical management of the cases was successful thanks to appropriate individual medical treatment and psychosocial interventions. Conclusion: To guide physicians in this regard, there is a need for studies with larger samples to reveal treatment modalities.
